My stay had its ups and downs. The hotel has a lot of potential with its nice rooms and decent amenities, but the service left a bad taste in my mouth. We had issues with the key cards and a couple of staff members weren't as pleasant as I would have hoped. The facilities were enjoyable overall, but I felt the value didn't really match the price we paid.

The hotel offers a decent stay with its proximity to dive centers and a lovely pool area. While the rooms are spacious and have nice views, the bathrooms seem to lack attention and can be outdated. Service was a bit hit or miss due to initial check-in issues, but the staff ultimately worked to resolve things. Dining options are limited, making breakfast a bit of a hassle.
